Our policy
Commission deposits cannot be refunded unless an unlikely event prevents me from completing your portrait.
If your commission arrives damaged please contact us so we may find a solution.

Delivery price is included within the base price of each product. I use Royal Mail first class tracked next day delivery. I DO NOT MOUNT OR FRAME the drawings myself, the drawing will be sent to you securely using strong cardboard roll tubes and extra bubble wrap or strong cardboard envelopes to make sure that you receive your portrait in perfect condition! I currently only ship to the UK.
